This tells Gmail you actually want these protocols, detox guides, and signal-restoration emails delivered where you can see them.
If You Use Apple Mail, Outlook, Yahoo, or Another Inbox
Add this sender to your contacts:

Then mark the email as Not Spam or Important if it lands in the wrong folder.
